Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused Microplane items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
